What is included
Demolition and preparation
We remove the old bathroom, check the existing connections and prepare walls and floor for the new layout.
Pipework, drains and frames
We install new water pipes and drains where your new layout needs them, including frames for a wall-hung toilet and concealed fittings.
Waterproofing and tiling
The floor and shower walls get a waterproof layer before the wall and floor tiles go on – including shower niches and a shower drain.
Sanitary ware and finishing
We fit the walk-in shower, glass screen, rain shower, wall-hung toilet and vanity unit, and check everything with you at handover. Underfloor heating in the bathroom is possible too.

5. Handover
We check the work together with you. On complete projects you get up to 5 years’ warranty.
