What we do
Monoblock outdoor unit
We place the outdoor unit on a solid base or wall brackets, with attention to noise, condensate drainage and access for maintenance.
Hybrid heat pump
A hybrid monoblock heat pump works alongside your existing heating installation. We assess the configuration and heating demand before proposing a system.
Buffer tank, pipework and controls
We install the buffer tank, expansion vessel, insulated pipework and controls, and set up the system with you.
Subsidy
Depending on the applicable schemes, a heat pump may qualify for a subsidy. You receive a clear quote and invoice from us with all the details you need if you want to apply.

2. Assessment
If the photos are clear, we prepare a quote from them. Otherwise we visit to look at the situation first.
3. Clear quote
You receive a written quote with the work, the materials and the price. No hourly rate and no hidden costs.
4. Work done right the first time
We follow the agreed schedule, keep you informed and leave the work area clean.
5. Handover
We check the work together with you. On complete projects you get up to 5 years’ warranty.

What is a monoblock heat pump?
A heat pump where the complete refrigerant circuit is in the outdoor unit. Only water pipes connect the outdoor unit to the heating system inside.
Is my home suitable for a heat pump?
That depends on insulation and the heat emitters. Underfloor heating or low-temperature radiators work best. We assess your situation first.
Can a heat pump also cool?
Many heat pumps can. With underfloor heating and zone control, the floor can cool your home lightly in summer.
